The assignment was conducted in 39 consulting days over 13 months. We arranged that all managers and most employees participated in the project. Even though the project was not without initial problems (resistance to change, management scepticism , staff complaints of extra work etc), the assignment was successfully completed, and achieved the following benefits for the client:-
