    • Assist the company to design, document and implement a fully integrated and effective Management System
  • Our role .......
    • Facilitate the development of the management system by guiding and advising the company and relevant staff through the phases of the programme (ie design, documentation, implementation and auditing)
    • Advise management on the most practical and cost effective methods of undertaking work practices
    • Train selected staff as management system internal auditors
    • Convene awareness sessions with staff groups to ensure a thorough understanding of the management system throughout the firm
    • Assist management to interpret the ISO 9000 standard as it applies to their firm and advise on implementing an ISO 9000 conforming management system (if required)
    • Advise on implementing the business excellence self assessment model (if required)
    • Assist with Product Certification compliance - eg BSI Kitemark (if required)
    • Give office based backup assistance to answer queries between consulting visits
    • Have available a full follow-up advisory service after completing the initial project
  • Your role .......
    • Allocate sufficient management and staff time and resources to the project
    • Document operations and core activities, under our guidance
    • Implement and audit the system under our guidance
    • Ensure all staff are fully committed to the project
  • Programme Time Frame ......
    • 9 months to 2 years
  • Consulting Time required ......
    • 20 to 40 consulting days depending on size and complexity of the company, and consulting assignment brief and objectives
