Consulting Philosophy
|
Our Consulting Do's and Don'ts
- We Do:
- honour client confidentiality to the fullest extent
- work long hours to ensure client satisfaction
- charge affordable rates for the level of service we offer
- take our work seriously
- like to build frank, trusting relationships with clients
- Utilise subcontract experts to undertake any phase of a project requiring specialist expertise outside of our experience
- We Don't:
- negotiate expensive consulting contracts and then delegate the assignment to less experienced juniors at an equivalent price
- discuss client problems outside the office
How We Initiate an Assignment
- On initial contact with a potential client we organise a meeting at their premises to discuss their requirements and how we can assist them.
- We follow this up with a Consulting Proposal within one week, detailing the requirements of the assignment.
- On acceptance of our proposal we require an official purchase order or letter from the client accepting conditions outlined in the proposal.
How We Charge for Our Services
- Fees are quoted on a Full Consulting Day, Half Consulting Day or Hourly basis, depending on the type and duration of assignment (excluding VAT).
- Specialised services (eg training courses) are often quoted separately, on a per phase / course basis (excluding VAT).
- Answering of "ad hoc" queries from existing clients is part of our backup services and usually free of charge.
- Quoted fees include administration charges, phonecalls, faxes, typing of reports, letters etc, and transportation costs within the Dublin area.
- Transport outside Dublin is charged at cost (rail/air), or moderate rate/mile.
- Hotel accommodation and meals outside Dublin are charged at cost.
- Before commencement of an assignment an upfront deposit may be required.
- We offer credit terms of 30 days to selected clients.
